Lacy Post (she/her) is a theatre director, performer, and teaching artist. She is committed to making work that questions assumptions and embraces the complexities of the human experience. She is passionate about removing the barriers to artistic exposure and making art more accessible and affordable. She is a fan of puppets. Crafts in general, really.

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Lacy lives with Tennessee Williams the dog, an Ozark Holler mutt. She was previously based in Brooklyn, New York, where she worked as a director, performer, and production manager in experimental, devised, and site-specific theatre, as well as music, and live performance.

Lacy was a 2023 recipient of the Mid-America Arts Alliance Artist 360 grant award for Practicing Artists. She holds an MFA in theatre directing from the University of Arkansas, and a BA in theatre from Bard College.
